This policy explains how Clarkarion Group LLC ("we", "us") handles information collected through this website, email, SMS messaging, and—when available—the Dispatiq software product described on this site.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, and the details you send us when you contact us, request early access, or opt in to text messages.

When you use Dispatiq (once launched), we may also process account and workspace information needed to operate the product, including:

Help chat and support messages exchanged inside Dispatiq.
Team invite details such as email addresses or phone numbers you provide for office or field teammates.
Operational records for jobs, schedules, growth and insights dashboards, and bills tracking, limited to what your organization configures and to authorized roles.
Online booking submissions and data you import (for example schedules or job lists).
Details needed to arrange logistics or storage referrals through Prime Meridian when you use those features.
Information needed to deliver optional Growth Services (marketing, website, or app help) if you engage us for that work.
Shipping or fulfillment details if you choose to send an Aromiq thank-you gift.
Language preference for the Dispatiq interface, which supports 16 languages.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to you; to provide, maintain, and improve Dispatiq and related services; to send account and operational notifications, reminders, and assistant replies you have agreed to receive; to process team invites and role-based access; to support bookings, imports, bills tracking, and dashboards; to facilitate logistics or storage referrals you request; to fulfill optional gifts you initiate; and to deliver Growth Services when you ask for them.

SMS and mobile information

We do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with service providers that help us deliver messages, such as messaging platforms and carriers, or when the law requires it.

Service providers and referrals

We may use service providers to host systems, deliver email or SMS, operate support tooling, process payments when billing is enabled, and fulfill gifts. When you use logistics and storage help via Prime Meridian, relevant details may be shared with that provider as needed to complete the referral you request. Providers process information to perform services for us or for the referral you initiated, and may apply their own terms when they act independently.
